Foreclosure has been striking communities of south Salt Lake Valley since the increasing occurrence of unemployment, recession and falling home prices. Those areas with high levels of foreclosure are unlikely to start recovering until home prices stop falling as most economists said. Furthermore, home prices in most South Valley areas haven’t really stabilized.

3. Get a Foreclosure Prevention Workbook from the Utah Housing Coalition that provides comprehensive guide of avoiding foreclosure for troubled homeowners [link]
